Well, I'm doing a terrible job with this blog this month. By Jan. 11 I had three jobs which has subsequently prevented me from writing anything new here. However, I am writing now for the Daily Herald, which means that my life has become a simulacrum of that of a journalist. And lest that sound like a condemnation of anything, I am thoroughly enjoying being a simulated journalist. (This post is related to these observations).
